Baker Pond Log Works is located in Bend, Oregon. Established in 1995, we have built numerous log homes throughout the Northwest. Our vision began as we built our own log home. With the experience and insights we have gained through our own building process, our goal is to assist you in constructing the log home of your dreams. The traditional concept has been that National Log & Timber producers either sell direct to the buying public or utilize an independent dealer representing a single producer of a product; this has served the log & Timber Home industry well for decades. However in these troubled economic times and lower customer demand has resulted in struggling and or bankrupt producers, many of the failures were caused by companies operating outside of their means; too high an overhead and out of touch with the needs of the buying public.


At Baker Pond Log Works we offer you the following quality services:

Building Site Visit

We love to visit our customers building site and inspect their property. We can recommend solutions for your ground issues including septic, water, electrical, and the best placement for your driveway.

Floorplan Design

We make it easy for you to design your log home by starting with one of our custom floor plans. Choose from many home designs in our floorplans section or visit us with your ideas.

Financing

We work with dependable lending institutions who are familiar with our product and can easily provide you a construction to mortgage loan.

Delivery

We’ll be there to help you unload and inventory your log home package when your home package is delivered.

Available

As licensed and experienced contracters, we are ready to help you, or your contractor, start the building process and to assist your construction crew at any time. Our log homes are affordable and easy to build.

Final costs, which will be provided by your builder of record, will be based on the final engineered blueprints that our design firms provide and submittal of bids from the builder and or subcontractors and will be identified in a construction contract between you and your builder of record.
