Baker Pond Log Works is located in Bend, Oregon. Established in 1995, we have built numerous log homes throughout the Northwest. Our vision began as we built our own log home. With the experience and insights we have gained through our own building process, our goal is to assist you in constructing the log home of your dreams. We hope that you will join our growing list of clients.

Cliff is a licensed contractor so he can take your project from start to finish. Chris has been helping clients see their vision turn into completed plans that she now does all the design & drafting work on.

When we aren’t working, Cliff is very passionate about cooking, in fact he would love to be on the Food Network. Chris loves to find new ways to make her home look its best.

Over the years we have found that sometimes you want to be involved, or maybe you have friends or family that want help you. Our specialty is not only our knowledge, but also letting you be involved in the project when you want to be.

At Baker Pond Log Works we offer you the following quality services:

Building Site Visit
We love to visit our client's building site and inspect their property. We can recommend solutions for your ground issues including septic, water, electrical, and the best placement for your driveway.

Floorplan Design

We now offer in-house designing & drafting. So whether you start with one of our plans or you have your own design, we will be providing you with completed Site Specific and Engineered plans with your package.

Financing
We work with dependable lending institutions who are familiar with our product and can easily provide you a construction to mortgage loan.

Delivery
We’ll be there to help you unload and inventory your log home package when your home package is delivered.

Available

As licensed and experienced contracters, we are ready to help you, or your contractor, start the building process and to assist your construction crew at any time. Our log homes are affordable and easy to build.

Final costs, which will be provided by your builder of record, will be based on the final engineered blueprints and submittal of bids from the builder and or subcontractors and will be identified in a construction contract between you and your builder of record.
